Over the course of four months, I explored a concept I'm passionate about: senior dogs and what keeps them from being adopted. I researched this topic through multiple lenses, specified a target audience, created a visual identity, and designed the outcome for the book that became known as old friends. The book breaks down stigmas that keep senior dogs in shelters and encourages more people to adopt them by featuring real stories of owners that have taken in senior dogs and older dogs that are available for adoption at local shelters. To see all of the research, thoughts, and iterations that lead to this outcome, scroll down to view the process book.
