Seasons is a two-piece visual system I created based on the song Seasons by Broadside. I created the system by using five words that were most important to the mood/sound of the song and assigning each word a visual language. The system I created was stormy (lines), haunting (color), pounding (circles), declarative (font), and damaged (destructed type). I applied this system to one part of the song to visualize the sound and feel of that section. Later, I applied the system to a different part of the song to visualize how it sounded and felt different from the first section, showing how the system could be applied and changed for different parts of the song.
